1. You can bring the receipt to any authorized branches of Silvermaster for lifetime cleaning free of charge.

2. Are made of precious metal, products will not be returned other than quality issues.

3. If your products show signs of damage, such as breakage, size change and plating shedding, additional silver materials are required for repairing such damages. You may go to any authorized stores of Silvermaster for repair with your shopping receipt. The above cases will charge no cost of repair and maintenance all the time, while other cases will be charged the normal cost for silver materials. 

4. If your Silvermaster products have stone fell off, for marcasite and diamond with a diameter being less than 15mm, you may go to any authorized stores of Silvermaster for repair with your shopping receipt, and no repair cost will be charged at any time. 

5. The repair of stones not covered by article 4 will be charged normally according Repair Standards of Silvermaster. 

6. The repair of products with Swarovski elements will be normally charged according to Repair Standards of Silvermaster. 

7. If your watch has battery and movement problems within six months of normal use, it can be repaired free of charge with your shopping receipt. If not repaired as scheduled, repair cost will be charged according to Repair Standards of Silvermaster. (if the company verifies that there is water in your watch, this will not be covered by the scope of free maintenance within a time limit) 

8. The repair cycle for goods with special craft is 1-3 months. 

9. The earrings cannot be paired or repaired if one of them is lost. If one earring is damaged, both of the earrings shall be returned to the company for repair. 

10. Hollow products cannot be repaired if they are flattened or pitted. 

11. Chain products can be welded when broken. According to the breakage, the size of welding spots will be different, and the minimum can be controlled within 2mm; for products with decorative patterns, lettering, etc., the size of welding spots is 3-5mm; for all products, if there are patterns at the breakage, the effect of original process cannot be restored at the welding parts, and smooth treatment will be done; basic necklaces with breakage of more than three links cannot be repaired. 

12. Changes to the original product design and process are not within the scope of after-sales services. If there is demand, the company will directly hand it over to DIY Department, and related expenses will be separately charged according to the product and consumer demand. 

13. The damage degree and process will directly affect the time and effect of repair, and the actual effect will be subject to the product received. 

14. Silvermaster only provides after-sales maintenance services for products of this brand.
